- Standard: 2-7 business days
- Express: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-28 business days (may vary based on the destination)
- Express International: 2-7 business days (may vary based on the destination)
Please note order processing times are not included in shipment time frames.
- Domestic Shipping:
- We provide domestic shipping to all regions within Australia.
- A fee of $15 is charged for Standard shipping and $20 for Express shipping.
- Free Standard shipping is provided for orders over $200.
- International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping.
- For shipping to NZ, a fee of $20 is charged for Standard shipping and $30 for Express shipping.
- For all other countries and regions a fee of $50 is charged for Standard shipping and $70 for Express shipping.
- Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
- Order Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This includes order verification, packaging, and handling. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
- Tracking:
- Tracking numbers will be provided for all eligible shipments. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Australia Post as soon as possible. Please also notify us by email at shop@ahavah.au and we will assist you on our end.
- Return Policy and Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Address Accuracy:
- To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please provide a complete and correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
- Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
