We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard: 2-7 business days
    • Express: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International: 7-28 business days (may vary based on the destination)
    • Express International: 2-7 business days (may vary based on the destination)

 Please note order processing times are not included in shipment time frames.

  1. Domestic Shipping:
  • We provide domestic shipping to all regions within Australia.
  • A fee of $15 is charged for Standard shipping and $20 for Express shipping.
  • Free Standard shipping is provided for orders over $200.
  1. International Shipping:
  • We offer international shipping.
  • For shipping to NZ, a fee of $20 is charged for Standard shipping and $30 for Express shipping.
  • For all other countries and regions a fee of $50 is charged for Standard shipping and $70 for Express shipping.
  • Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
  1. Order Processing Time:
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This includes order verification, packaging, and handling. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for all eligible shipments. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information.
  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
  • In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Australia Post as soon as possible. Please also notify us by email at shop@ahavah.au and we will assist you on our end.

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
