Terms and Conditions for Exchanging Garments
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the process of exchanging garments purchased from ‘ahavah’. By purchasing a garment, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating an exchange.
- Returns or Exchanges
For all purchases within Australia we do not refund unless an item is faulty during the manufacturing process. Garments are examined prior to shipment to avoid returns. For all international purchases we do not exchange, we only refund.
- Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible for a garment exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The garment must have been purchased directly from ahavah.
- The exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery received.
- The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
- The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the exchange or refund request.
- Exchange and Refund Process
4.1 To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact ahavah's customer service department by email at shop@ahavah.au, providing the following details:
- Your name and contact information.
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Reason for the exchange or refund.
- Description of the garment being exchanged or returned.
- Return shipping
5.1 The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for an exchange or refund.
5.2 It is recommended that the customer uses a trackable shipping method and purchases shipping insurance for the exchanged garment. ahavah is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process.
- Exchange
6.1 Upon receiving the returned garment and verifying its compliance with the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2 and 3, ahavah will process the exchange or refund in a reasonable timeframe.
6.2 For exchanges, ahavah will facilitate the exchange for an alternative size, colour, or style, subject to availability.
- Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
7.1 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Garments purchased from third-party retailers or resellers. Please refer to their respective return policies.
- Garments that have been altered, damaged, or modified by the customer.
- Exclusions and Limitations
8.1 ahavah reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if any of the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2 are not met.
8.2 ahavah is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the return or exchange of the garment.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ahavah operates.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
ahavah reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on ahavah's website or other official communication channels.
